Our commitment
At Connex, we recognise that our learners may require support beyond the classroom to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Our Early Help Offer aims to identify emerging needs as early as possible and provide coordinated, proactive support for learners and their families. We work in partnership with schools, families, and wider agencies to remove barriers and promote positive engagement in education.
How can we help?
Through the combination of referrals, EHCP targets, Baseline assessments, daily observations, pupil voice, working with the family and wider agencies we gather information to help to build a clear picture of the learners needs.

- Positive behaviour modelling and de-escalation strategies

Curriculum and learning support
- Small group or 1:1 teaching
- Adapted curriculum pathways
- Literacy, numeracy and executive-functioning support
