Connex News - Stress Awareness

This week we have been looking at Stress awareness and how we cope with stress. We explored our feelings using a volcano concept and then tried to think about how we could help ourselves to regulate our feeling. We have also discussed what activities our young people engage with to help them stay calm, this has ranged from going to the park, photography, deep breathing and listening to their favourite songs. It was interesting that many of them said that a change of place to do a physical activity did really help them.
